All about the Eyes- AW 13 Beauty

Jason Wu AW 13 Beauty

This season the makeup that caught my eye was from the Jason Wu and Gucci shows. It was all about the eyes! I love the copper and blue-purple shades it's a fresh of breath air because a lot of the makeup that I saw from the other shows the focus was on the lips with a red or berry lipstick, which I love but it was nice to see a departure from that. I'm obsessed with this looks, I will definitely try to re-create them. I will let you know if I succeed, we shall see!

What were your favorite makeup looks this season? In your daily makeup do you focus more on the eyes or lips? I used to be a lipstick girl but slowly my love for eyeshadow is growing I blame MAC and Urban Decay and their gorgeous palettes!  Let me know in the comments.

I'm still getting used to Yves Saint Laurent is now called just Saint Laurent it just doesn't roll out the tongue as well as YSL did.

I have to say this year Italian fashion did not bring Sexy Back ( Justin Timberlake anyone? ). I though I could count on Milan fashion week to bring sex into fashion, that's what I look forward from Italian Designers, obviously not all of them, but a trusty few I though they would Bring it on ( The Film anyone? Oh my teen years!) But still I found a few pieces that I liked, The Moschino suit really caught my eye, even thought is not my style, there was something about it. But by far my favorite collection of all the fashion weeks has to be Dolce & Gabbana I love it!! Dolce & Gabbana have to be one of my favorite designers of all time, I just love the sexiness that they bring!

This are choices for New York Fashion.

I have to say so far nothing has "Blowed my mind", I would have to say this past seasons I have been a little bit disappointed, but still i have found a couple looks that I liked.

I'm quite surprised with myself but I have been loving the masculine feel since I'm very feminine in the way I dress but I love some of the more masculine looks.
