Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess 2014 Collection- The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette

Every Summer Estée Lauder releases their Bronze Goddess Collection , and every year I´m tempted to pick up something from the collection, last year I bought quite a few things that includes the highlighter( not shown) the Bronzer-I LOVE IT so much, it´s definitely my favourite since last year! My shade is 03 Medium Deep and the Perfume-My Summer Scent! Love Love this! Smells Amazing! (Both products shown in the pictures) ( The Bronzer and Perfume you can still buy from this year collection, from what I saw the packaging is still the same)

This year when I first saw pictures of this collection what caught my eye was The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette. What a Surprise? Me buying another eyeshadow Palette? Never?!? Just kidding I couldn't wait to get my hands on this baby!!! Since I got it, I haven´t used anything else. I love the neutral matte side, you can do an everyday day eye to a smokey eye, and add a pop of colour with the shimmer shades.

The ones I have been using the most are the 3rd and 4th shades from the matte side and the copper-bronzey shade from the shimmer side, but I can´t wait to try the other shades. The shadows have great pigmentation, are soft and easy to blend.

This palette is just beautiful! From the whole collection this is definitely the Most have product!!!

An Ode to Face Oils

I thought it was about time I mention Face Oils or as I call it amazing skin in a bottle! 

Iam obsessed with face oils, they have literally changed my skin!

My main problem with my skin is texture and a little bit of acne scarring, and this has improved the texture of my skin, has helped the acne scars to fade and even helped to minimise my pores, not to mention it keeps my skin super hydrated, in the winter I was very dehydrated and this fixed that problem. 

You use it in the evenings after you cleanse and before your moisturiser ( lately I have been skipping my moisturiser and the product on its own works amazing! 

When I wake up I have amazing, plumped looking skin! I haven´t used anything else in months, and the times I skipped this my skin wasn´t having it!! She was like Gurrl where is my fabulous Face Oil ?!? Give it back! 

The ones I recommend are: Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil ( My Favourite!) - for dehydrated skin( they have different ones for oily and dry skin, I also have the one for oily skin but I prefer this one I have seen more results with it) As you can see from the picture I´m almost out of it!

And Khiel´s Midnight Recovery Concentrate- Its a Cult Product for a reason! I think it´s one of their best sellers.

I really think these are Miracle Workers! Bold statement? I know, this is how much I Love them!

Now that the sun is coming out more and we are getting ready for Summer, even though the rain has come out a few times, NOT ACCEPTABLE it´s JUNE!!!! I have been craving the bronze Goddess look with a pop of colour on the lips.
So here is a few products I have been loving, The Ysl Touche Eclat foundation because it gives me a little bit of colour without making me look orange, I just slightly blend it into my neck (my shade is B40), this is a dewy foundation so soon enough I will have to stop wearing it because during the Summer my skin gets very oily so I have to use more matte foundations or Say Goodbye Dewy look and Hello Oily Hot Mess, and yes there is a Difference!!! One looks amazing, fresh and healthy and the second looks gross not a good look! But for now while is not super hot I can still wear it, I love this foundation!
Next we move on into bronzer I´m obsessed with this bronzer from the Clarins summer collection ( review here), I have been using it a lot. For blush I feel back in love with my Nars Blush in Gina its a beautiful matte peach blush I love it it has hardly left my cheeks this past few weeks and for highlighter I have been loving Betty-Lou Manizer from The Balm that just adds a beautiful bronzey glow.
Now onto eyes I could do a post just about my favourite eyeshadows but one in particular that I have been loving is Indianwood paint pot from Mac, it´s a gold-bronze eyeshadow to me is like mac woodwinked in cream form, I have been wearing this look with  my new favourite lipstick Mac Flat Out Fabulous, I´m obsessed with this amazing Hot Pink colour, it´s a retro matte formula so I would advise you to exfoliated and moisturiser your lips very well before you use it. And finally another favourite is a Mac Lustering its a beautiful pink-straberry-berry colour?? I´m terrible at describing things! Iam in Love with it so pretty for Summer. So here are a few of may favourites products at the moment.

New In from: Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Multi-Colour Nº 02 and Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet

When I saw that Chanel had release a new Les Beige Powder I knew I had to try it, I choose shade Nº02 so I could use it as a bronzer, I only wore it a couple times but so far so good. I really like it, it adds colour to my face and also a subtle glow, you could use the shades separately or like me swirl the brush in all of them, it just gives such a pretty effect.

I also picked up their newest foundation release, Perfection Lumière Velvet, I don´t own the original Perfection Lumière so I can´t give you a comparison, the packaging is similar to Vitalumière Aqua but in black. I wore a couple times, and I really liked it, I think is going to be great for Summer, when it gets really hot and my skin gets very oily, I think this is going to come in handy, since this foundation gives a more matte, velvet finish than I´m used to, during the Winter my skin is more combination than oily, so I always go for a more dewy foundation.
I have to say I read in someone´s blog that the foundation oxidized on them and I think I have to agree I bought mine in shade 20 Beige and at first I thought it was a touch too light, but after I finish the rest of my makeup it looked darker, it matched much better, I don´t think it was because of the bronzer since I don´t put it all over my face. So I think when I doubt with this foundation go lighter.

Clarins Colours of Brazil Summer Collection

Last Summer I fell in Love with the Clarins Splendours Collection, and now I´m in Love with their new collection Colours of Brazil, a while back I saw a preview of this collection on someones blog ( sorry I can´t remember who's) I knew I had buy the Eyeshadow Palette, so when last week I went to Sephora and saw they already had the collection, I was very excited,specially because that day they had 20% off! So I thought I was just going to buy the palette, but like always I ended up buying the bronzer as well, which I didn´t need since I still have one from last Summer, I just couldn´t resist! If you have the bronzer from the Splendours collection you don´t need this one they are pretty much the same except this one is a little bit less orange, so if you are very fair and you didn´t buy it last year because you thought it was too orange, this one is for you, although I have to say I don´t think it looks orange on. 

Since I bought them I haven´t stopped using them. The Eyeshadow Palette I´m obsessed with, I haven´t stopped using the top brown shimmery shade all over the lid and the bottom dark brown shade in the outer v, this has been my eyeshadow look all week. The Bronzer is beautiful as well, just adds a subtle warmth to the face, it´s matte with just a little square of gold shimmer that you can use for highlight.

What can I say I´m in Love.

Too Faced Sweethearts Blush in Peach Beach

When I picked up the Chocolate Bar Palette I also bought this, I just couldn't resist. What first caught my eye was the super cute packaging and when I saw how beautiful the colours were I was sold! 

I believe there are 3 colours to choose from, there is the original one Candy Glow and more recently they came out with 2 more shades Something About Berry and Peach Beach the one I have.

Peach Beach is beautiful, you can use the shades separately or just swirl your brush and mix them together like I do, it just gives you the most beautiful glow, I just love the pinky-peach bronzey colour that gives. 

Since I bought it, I couple weeks ago, I have been using this non stop! So happy I bought it! 

I guess I´m having a Too Faced Love Affair at the moment! ;)

Too Faced Chocolate Bar

A few months ago when I saw pictures of this palette I knew it had to be mine! Too bad I had to wait 6 weeks for it to arrived, since when it came out it was instantly sold out. I have had this palette for a couple weeks now and I Love It! It has a gorgeous selection of shades ( 6 mattes and the rest are all shimmers), I don´t get want the pink shade is doing there, I would much prefer a medium bronzey/brown that I think is missing for all over the lid something along the line like romp or even soba by mac, that´s my only complain. I love all the matte brown shades and their different undertones, they are so good, as for the shimmers they are also amazing. 

So far I have been sticking to the browns, bronze and gold, but I need to try the amazing purpley/violet shades. 

The pigmentation is great, there is a little bit of fallout, but nothing too bad.

I have a few shades on the go but the ones I have been using the most are:

Milk chocolate (or salted caramel) all over the lid, HazelNut patted on top,Cherry Cordial on the outer v and crème brulee as a inner corner highlight.

I have been using this palette non stop, definitely worth the wait.  So is this my perfect palette? I have I found my neutral palette sole mate? I don´t know but is pretty close to it!

PS: I can´t believe I almost forgot to say they smell like chocolate. YUM!
